Tjark Kreuzinger obtained a PhD in mechanics in 2005 at Aachen University where he also graduated in 1997. He was employed at BASt, Germany as research staff in the department of passive safety/biomechanics. He was German representative in EEVC working groups and responsible for EU Research projects: CREST, SID 2000, SIBER, VITES, CHILD, APROSYS.
Since 2002, he has been working for Toyota where his current position is senior manager of the vehicle safety department of Toyota Motor Europe. He is responsible for research, predevelopment and technical communication on vehicle safety and ADAS.
